Juan 355 Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

When you register, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, a valid email address, a working Philippine mobile number, and a date of birth. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must update it promptly if any details change.

Your Juan 355 account is personal and non-transferable. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, allow anyone else to access your account, or use another person's account. Juan 355 will treat all activity performed through a logged-in account as having been authorised by the registered account holder.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password. Juan 355 recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication from your account settings. Juan 355 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where those losses result from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

All transactions at Juan 355 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱, PHP). Juan 355 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Philippine members: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, and online banking via BDO, BPI, and UnionBank. Visa and Mastercard bank-linked cards are also accepted for deposits.

Deposits: All deposits are processed in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. The minimum deposit at Juan 355 is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit imposed by Juan 355, though individual payment providers may apply their own limits. Deposits are credited to your Juan 355 wallet immediately upon processing confirmation.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal is ₱200. Juan 355 targets processing all GCash and Maya withdrawal requests within five minutes of approval. Bet acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until Juan 355 displays a confirmation on screen and the bet appears in your account's bet history. Juan 355 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet without explanation. This includes but is not limited to bets placed on markets affected by clearly erroneous odds.

Settlement: All bets at Juan 355 are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body or sports authority. For football, the official result at the end of 90 minutes applies (plus injury time), unless specified otherwise in the market rules. For MMA, the official decision from the sanctioning body applies. For NBA, the final official score after all overtime periods applies.

Void bets: A bet becomes void (stake refunded) if the event is cancelled before it begins, if the event cannot be completed and no official result is declared, or if the bet was placed on a market that was opened in error. Void bets are settled at odds of 1.00.

Wagering requirements: Most Juan 355 bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiple of the bonus amount that must be bet before the bonus or winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated timeframe will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.

Abuse: Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational betting. Referrals to accounts that are later found to be duplicates or fraudulent will not be paid out and may result in account review for the referring member.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited at Juan 355. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable under Philippine law.

• Match fixing and corruption: Placing bets on events where you have insider knowledge that the outcome has been predetermined or manipulated is prohibited. Any suspicion of involvement in match-fixing will be reported to the relevant sports governing body and law enforcement agencies.
• Money laundering: Using Juan 355 to process funds obtained through illegal activity is strictly prohibited. Juan 355 is required to report suspicious transaction patterns to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines. All large transactions are subject to enhanced due diligence.
• Account sharing and multi-accounting: Sharing your account with another person, allowing another person to use your account, or operating multiple accounts is prohibited.

When an account is suspended, Juan 355 will hold any funds in the account while the investigation is ongoing. If the investigation confirms a breach, the funds may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach. If no breach is confirmed, the account will be reinstated or, if the member prefers closure, the balance will be returned via the standard withdrawal method.

Members may voluntarily close their Juan 355 account at any time by contacting support@juan355.com. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be paid out within the standard withdrawal timeframe. Bonuses with unmet wagering requirements are forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Betting involves financial risk. Juan 355 does not guarantee that any member will generate a profit from betting on the platform. Members bet at their own risk and should only bet amounts they can afford to lose.

Juan 355 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in law, regulation, business practices, or platform functionality. Material changes will be communicated to active members via email at least 14 days before taking effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or regulatory necessity.

If you disagree with a proposed change, you may close your account before the effective date and withdraw your balance. Continuing to use Juan 355 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of Juan 355 that cannot be resolved through the Juan 355 complaint process will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts.

Complaint process: Before initiating any formal legal process, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute directly with Juan 355 by emailing support@juan355.com with full details of your complaint. Juan 355 will respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days and will work in good faith to reach a resolution.

If you are unsatisfied with Juan 355's response to a complaint, you may escalate to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority. Juan 355 will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation.
